Returns

Although we compose your order with the utmost common care, it can prevent damage to a shipment to arrive. If that is the case, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.
If we can confirm that the products do not comply with the agreement, we will replace the products on their return by new products, or by returning the price of the product. Returned products always have to be complete, undamaged and in the original packaging. You always have the right to return within 10 days. the contract will be void and your payment will be refunded wihtin 30 days (after the return-receipt of the delivered items)
